WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Swimwear bottoms or One-pieces will not be accepted due to hygiene concerns unless the item is faulty ( See below)
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors.
  • Items must have all Glamwear tags attached.
  • You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Glamwear.
  • Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid.
  • We reserve the right to not refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please email kontakt.glamwear@hotmail.com with your order number, the reason for return, full name, and email address you utilised to place your order if you wish to exchange an item. The return form will be sent to you by email.

*Please note that items must be returned at the customer’s expense.


HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
Please allow up to 20 days for your parcel to be returned to Glamwear. We will send you a confirmation email once it has arrived. If you haven’t heard any communication from us after the 20 day timescale, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and details of the items returned.
 
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We currently don’t offer exchanges to our customers. If you would like to exchange an item, we would recommend returning the unwanted item back to us for a refund and placing a new order.


HOW DO I RETURN A WRONG/FAULTY ITEM?
Most of our customers have a great experience when shopping with Glamwear. However, we know that there may be occasions where things can go wrong. If you received a wrong/faulty item please contact us on kontakt.glamwear@hotmail.com.
